Every time I do one of these I think of how I really should write down their funny stuff more often. Seriously, they're hilarious.
Right now I only have a small handful of "funnies" to share. And most are Easton's because Dalton's silliness comes from his delivery and just being around him. He's hysterical. The family clown.
Let's get on with Easton's, though. One day I was wearing these earrings...
...and Easton complimented, "I love your muffin earrings."
Out shopping at a strip mall one day I told the boys we needed to go to "Bed, Bath, and Beyond"...confused Easton asked, "Which one's 'beyond'?"
We have little next door neighbors that the boys always talk to and interact with over the fence. But Easton does not know their names. I learned that they're named "Gianni" and "Antonio" and filled E in. He apparently heard, "Johnny and Tokyo" and now I can't call them anything else.
We've been having an ant issue inside the house the last few days. The boys have been helping me out by sucking them up with the Dust Buster but Easton also suggested we pick up some "ant die spray".
Sick of my long hair, I had it up one day...
...and Dalton remarked, "Why you got that new hair? It looks like Tinkerbell."
From our zoo post the other day you may recognize this picture?
Notice anything? Dalton is sporting empty toilet paper tubes on each wrist. They're his "reflexes" as in "Superhero of choice can block all those ___ because he/she has really good reflexes".
A few more...this is from just the last hour...the boys are playing Indiana Jones. Neither of them have seen the movies or anything so they know very very little. First, they dressed up Chip and Dale as Indy and "Shovel Man":
Then, they dressed themselves as the same duo:
The Cuddles in Easton's pants is his lasso and although you can't see it, Dalton has the spoon shovel in his pants. He is wearing E's clothes because that's all they can reach in their closet. After I snapped this picture they saw another ant wandering about and Easton started whipping his Cuddles lasso at it while Dalton shouted, "I can't get my weapon out!" and Indy helped him retrieve the spoon so they could whack the ant to death. Boys. Gotta love 'em. Then they went down into the basement because Indiana spends a lot of time underground. Love those imaginations.
And finally...I did a little show like this for the boys (my chin also wore a cowboy hat) and then Easton wanted to do one too:
Happy Friday, whoever's reading!
