I've Got a Sick Boy Here Today...

Only it's my biggest boy. Poor J got food poisoning or something and spent most of the night in the bathroom. He's home from work today and just looks wiped out. At about 4 this morning I got him to take one of my leftover Zofrans from my morning sickness days but even that didn't stop it. He was so thirsty but nothing would stay down. I finally asked him if I could turn off his alarm and he could decide about work once he woke up. I just didn't want the alarm going off and waking ME up too like it usually does. I didn't get much sleep last night either so it was for selfish reasons. Poor hubby. Easton had shared a few bites off J's plate last night: he loved the "bed of fried onions" Daddy's dinner came with and he even tried one bite of shrimp. I'm glad Easton seems just fine for now, though. If it's a virus that might be contagious I'm a little worried about the rest of us. I'm trying to be a good disinfecter and hoping for the best. I just really hope J feels better soon.

It's weird having Jason home yet out of commission. Easton doesn't get it for one thing. And it's harder going about E and I's regular routines while trying to stay quiet for J to rest. Getting Eastie down for his nap just now was kinda rough, complicated by the fact that we have his hernia consult soon and I'll have to wake him up so we can leave. I kinda forced him to go down earlier than he normally would have so I guess I should have expected the fight. Oh well.

We had our last session of Gymsters today but I think I'm going to sign up again with the money The Maws "found" for us to do something fun with. Easton just does so well and really likes it there. I'll keep going with him until I deliver and then J can take him during his two weeks off and then we'll figure something else out. I'm not worried and I want for Easton to still have some of his special one-on-one, "just for E" time...you know?

I still have some videos I need to shrink/put together for y'all to enjoy but I can't seem to find the time to get myself down to the ol' desktop in the basement. I'll do it soon. There's some great new ones from yesterday too that have J and I cracking up.
