Still No Trip Recap

Hey y'all. So, I know I need to talk about our recent travels, but today being a Wednesday (Carson's here) it's not the best day for me to dive into one of those lengthy blogs. Instead we'll settle for a smattering of pictures from before we left and from today.

Here's my Eastie boy (who is having a MUCH better day today after sleeping till 8:00!). This is before we left and he apparently arranged that pile of dominos on the desk tray to look like a tree and was quite proud:

Then it was time to dig into the Valentine's bag of goodies from Gramoo. I love E's expression:

The light-up heart flashlight wand thingie was a big hit with both boys:

They also got a heart shaped Magna-Doodle and a heart shaped Etch a Sketch which were perfect for the plane. Then they got this super fun velcro bean bag toss game:

I packed it in our suitcase for some hotel fun and completely forgot about it till I just now saw these pictures. Oops!

Silly Diddles and his stair tricks:

Here's today. Easton slept late, as I said. Dalton was a cutie-patootie all morning and Jason was jealous he couldn't stay with him being as cute as he was. But both boys were excited to see Carson this morning:

During Carson's nap Easton decided he needed to play soccer. So he went upstairs and put on his "jersey. I'm number 5!!!" showing me the back. There is no number on the back. Cutie. First he put on boots. I told him most of the time people wear tennis shoes. So he opted for sandals because "I like the grass to tickle my toes". Mind you, it was 43 degrees outside:

He had a ball. Dalton even joined him on and off. Off when he got stuck in a rose bush. On when Easton moved on to the sandbox:

Easton was seriously out there for about an hour. He came in and had to have a bath with all that sand.

Then Carson woke up and Dalton gave him some sweet snuggles while I warmed Carson's bottle:

I picked Carson up and brought him with me to the couch to feed him but Dalton got so mad, "No! No milk! My Carson! My Carsonnnnnn!" Easton likes to call him "Carsey".

I like that they love having him here so much. It's been a good day.

Later the boys and I will have to run to the grocery store to fill up the fridge again. Morning sickness makes it really hard to think about food and what to fix.
Blah.

That's all folks, hopefully I can tackle our California trip soon for you all. I'm strangely feeling an urge to scrap it. We'll see.

There is a second red (more manly) flashlight, but it fell out of the bag in my car and I was going to pack it for CA, but I just did the carry on bag and thought the fluid might be more than the 3 oz. we are allowed. I will get it to you when I see you :) Moo

Oh no don't scrap the recap! I know it's alot to update on, but just hit the hightlights...I would love to see photos of Disneyland and hear how it went (as we are planning our own trip soon).

Carsen's hair cracks me up! It looks so much like Zoe's when she was a rug rat.
