A Two Milestone Day

Yesterday Autumn was airing her buns in the breeze (she's got a bit of a rash right now) and while she was nakey, Dalton put on her sleeper and pacifier.

And my guys changed out of their jammies into other jammies to be super heros:

They ran around in the backyard and jumped on the trampoline for a few minutes.

Then they came inside and we made Valentine brownies...the box merely came with festive sprinkles to put on top. I had high hopes of also cutting them out with my heart cookie cutters but they're a little undercooked (yum!) and so they can't hold up even a square shape with a knife. No way would it work with cookie cutters. Oh well.

Speaking of Valentine's...Easton had his party at school this morning. He's dressed in a red shirt so I dressed his sibs for the occasion as well. Our neighbor Em (Ben's sister) passed this on to us:

Most of their hand-me-downs go to the little girl next door to them but a few things snuck by them and lucky us got those instead!

I'm loving it and Dalton was too:

Easton's class party was fairly casual, they didn't do it for the whole class time and they didn't open anything there...but they brought their bags home:

And Easton happily looked through it all:

The boys also opened a small Valentine package from Gramoo which Autumn decided was exciting enough to get her to roll over from her back to her tummy for the first time! See how her little arm is still stuck under her from doing it?

She rolled back to her back and did it again right away and then again a third time not too long afterwards. Go, baby, go!

So, that's milestone #1 from my title. The other is that today, February 12, 2010 marks the day Easton learned how to whistle. Pretty exciting for a little guy who exclaimed, "I'm not even a man but I can whistle!" :)

That's the latest from here. ¡Adios muchachos!
