I'm still trying to help Jason get World Series tickets. I just keep hitting refresh again and again in between typing over here. And nada. There are too many people trying to access the server. Can't even get close. I guess he's not the only Cubs (or any other team) fan wanting to go to the Rockies/Red Sox World Series. I mean, how often is such an event in your own backyard? That's right. Never. Hello...it's the Rockies (historically not a very strong team). And they would never have a Superbowl here because it doesn't work that way. The Stanley Cup has been here (and I went to Game 1 of the series!). But, baseball is bigger than hockey. So of course everyone and their mother wants to go and therefore it's really hard to get a chance to even think about buying a ticket.
Easton and I spent a lot of the morning in the basement (where the desktop is) so that we could have two computers going. Poor kid played a lot of "freeze dance" and exploring what the basement has to offer. Including Blitz's litter box where Easton offered him a candy in exchange for going potty. Blitz did not take him up on it. But Jason and I do! Easton makes us wash our hands first (good boy but we would do that anyway, of course) and then he gives us our reward candies. He's on Pez right now. And he's still doing great minus the pooping. Oh well.
Before I go too much further, I must correct something I said by mistake: I said that Easton was working on handstands. I'm surprised my P.E. teaching mother hasn't corrected me yet, but he is doing headstands (head on the ground) not handstands (head off the ground). Still, I know you're all impressed... And when I said, "he can hold it as long as I probably could" that means a few seconds at most.
Okay, I feel better now that I know I'm not misleading anyone anymore.
Wanna see more of his stunts?
We like to practice our circus acts. Pretty impressive balancing on my hands, no? He's a stud.
Dalton spent much of his weekend continuing to motor around the house. Still not on his knees yet but he's making it work for him. I also think he's starting to teethe again. Great. I can't wait for him to resume nipple biting and waking 15 times a night. Fun fun fun. Not.
Anyway...I'm off to play with Photoshop while I refresh some more. Adios!
Oh...I'm done playing. Here's what I made...
First, the original...
Then a few different brighter or grungier versions for fun (and notice how this image is clickable)...

I figured out you meant headstands when I saw the photos! No deception here. But it is still impressive! WOW! Eastie and his physical skills just amaze me! Katie can't even jump or walk up stairs yet...and forget running. LOL. I love his acrobat tricks, too.
Well, I for one, am impressed whether it be head or handstands! Go Easton! The photos of D were fun, but the snow totally throws me for a loop in the background!
Good luck with those tickets! You mentioned Jason, but would you get to go as well?
I didn't even notice the headstand/handstand slip up. Impressive either way! You guys should take your act on the road...to Arkansas perhaps? ;)
I hope you get some tickets!!! What?!?!? BASEBALL is more popular than HOCKEY??!? That's just crazy talk!!!! LOL Wow Easton's got more super fly moves there! Love the photoshopped Daltons!
I hope you got some tickets! I loved it when the Superbowl came to Houston one year...all they hype and excitment was awesome.
I am with Katie...the snow in the background really threw me...AGAIN!
Loved the photoshop creation of D!
Cute pic of you and E too :)
I like to let the little things slide (headstand vs. handstand) :) I'm maturing a bit in my old age. Moo
This is my comment to Easton's video about the Halloween house the other day. You can tell I don't speak little kid b/c it sounded to me like he said he was going to dress up like a "fuzzy ear". Can't wait to see that costume! :)
