On Tuesday we decided to try the library's story time for the older crowd. Even though it's supposed to be geared for the "3 and up" preschool set, the stories were still a little long for Easton. And definitely too long for Dalton. But after the stories (one was about Curious George and a kite) the kids went over to make kite pictures:
I like the really short tails on Easton's kites and how he got a little carried away with that "E" he drew...his version is more like two "E"s on top of each other. The cotton balls are clouds if you couldn't tell. Miss Jenny seemed to think green clouds were an appropriate option.
We did our Wal-Marting that afternoon and the woman behind us in line told me, "I can tell you stay home with them." I later found out she meant that as a compliment. Then she told me about a "well kept secret" preschool she works at in the area. I might look into it for fall. Part-time for E.
This one is stuck with me awhile longer:

Chewsday (Isn't it annoying when people pronounce it like that?)
