It snowed again through the night...it wasn't supposed to accumulate much but when I headed out to take Easton to school the roads weren't great and--according to the traffic guy on the radio--the commutes were taking at least 3 times as long. Seeing as how Jason's commute is already 40 mintues or so, he opted to work from home again today.
It was Easton's snack day at school and it was also their Christmas shopping day. Do you remember last year how they set up a little "shop" in the school and the kids bring money and a list of people to shop for and come home with already bagged gifts that they picked out for their loved ones all by themselves??? I think it's the cutest thing. So, he was plenty happy to go to school today. He always is these days...he didn't know Jason would be staying home so he didn't feel left out or anything. He came home with a sack full of presents for us. And was so proud. I love the thought he puts into things for others. He's a good little guy...even if he's a whiney handful some days. :)
Anyway, now it's Dalton's turn to be sick. He's had a fever the last two days...but he's got a runny nose and a bit of a cough to go along with it. I've actually got him taking a nap today just to see if it'll help...however, I fully plan on regretting it come bedtime. Ha ha ha. Just the way it goes with my kids.
So far Autumn has just a teeny bit of a cough sometimes but doesn't seem all that "sick". In fact, she's as cute and happy as ever:
That was when she was in her crib yesterday having some tummy time while I put away some laundry in her room:
The little miss is developing a noticably flat head on one side. I try to position her on her other side too but I'm noticing more and more, that even when we do that, she still finds a way to get to her flat side of her head. I don't think it's full blown torticollis or anything because when she's upright she's willing and able to turn her head both ways, I just think at this point her head is so flat there it naturally finds it's way back to rest on that flat spot some more. :)
This angle right here shows the perfect example of how she prefers her head to be:
It's super flat right on the spot where she's laying. We're doing our best to always put her on that other side in a positioner, but like I said, she still finds a way to get to the other side, the silly princess.
She doesn't go back to the doctor till later this month when she turns 4 months. Hopefully we can have it fixed enough by then so he won't say she needs a helmet or something. Now that I look back at more pictures of her I notice how much she really does favor that side when she's on her back. Or even holding her, she prefers to look that way for sure. I hope to keep her out of napping in her swing more too...that's how flat it is. :) Plus I'll be Bing-ing (not really, I still use Google) massages and stretches to help her out even more, the poor girl.
I was very concious of how we positioned the boys but somehow third kid's got a problem. I wonder if it's related to how she was in the womb or something? Oh well, we'll get it worked out.
Here's just two pics of the boys yesterday...after quiet time and before dinner we did some stamping with some stationary sets we got at Dollar Tree.
The paper didn't hold their attention long, especially Dalton, and they both ended up with stamps on their tummies and Dalton put them all over his face. Good times.
That's about it from here. Thanks for tuning in!

Too bad her name isn't Stanley...then she'd have a book series about her flat little self. LOL.
This year is the first year BubTar is in public school, so he won't get to shop for us on his own at school this year.
I hope WE get a snow day Friday! It is on the forecast...cute lil' snowflakes.
Oh my gosh...Autumn gets cuter and cuter each day!
Can't get enough of A's big, beautiful smiles!
