Last night was weird...Dalton was only up once (instead of his usual twice) and Easton was up twice (instead of his usual never). One of those times Easton wet the bed. Bummer. All 3 times that has happened I get all nervous like it's going to be a trend of regression for him. So far that hasn't happened. And this time I'm wanting to blame his illness. He is still somewhat feverish today.

Which means...no one can be around us. Jason's officemate (Kaiden's dad) and his wife just had a new baby yesterday morning...and we can't go see them. My childhood BFF Kelli (Hi, Smells!) just had a new baby and we were going to get together later this week but can't now. It doesn't keep me from bringing him to Wal-Mart or the mall though. Actually when we set out for the mall this a.m. Easton was pretty much fever free. Now that we're home (and he's in bed) he's feeling hot again. This is the strangest "illness". I would've brought him to Wal-Mart sick like I did, but not knowingly feverish to play at the mall. I'm not that bad.

We went to the mall to get my free underwear (I lucked out with regular Victoria's Secret "free panty" coupons). We were also planning to look for a wallet for Easton. I bought one the other day for myself and he asked for one too. It is going to be something he'll have to earn, but I thought he could have a wallet too. Even though he has no money.

At the mall we happened to stumble into Gymboree where they were having a "pick a coupon, any coupon" promo where you peel off the sticker and reveal your savings. Mine was the max: 50%! Score. I don't usually shop Gymbo because I'm cheap but with savings like that I went to town. I bought stuff I wasn't even sure if I liked just so I could make sure to lock in the savings. If I change my mind later I can always return things but didn't want to regret NOT buying something. I only paid $50 for my $100 worth of stuff, in case you couldn't do the 50% off for yourself. PLUS I walked out with Gymbucks $25 off $50 later this summer. Dude. Not bad.

And we weren't able to find a wallet. Nothing boyish. The Disney store (which Eastie calls "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse") says they usually get wallets when the backpacks come in for school. Anyone know of anywhere that has boy ones now? Although seeing as how school just got out I'm sure they'll be bringing the school supplies out very soon, followed by the Christmas decorations, right?

Both boys fell asleep in the car. So I left them there...the big garage door was closed but I had the car door open and the door between the garage and the house open. And I just sat here in the kitchen and ate my sandwich and could practically hear Easton snoring...Dalton woke first. I tried putting him back down...we're still working on that. Easton is done playing puzzles and is now watching a TV show in my bed.

I have a few pictures from yesterday...opening their package:
Dalton, what is it???

Easton "reading" which bag says Easton and which says Dalton, he only looks for the E and the D:

Easton scored some binoculars:

And a box of animal crackers:

Right away Easton asked if he could share some with his baby:

Later we learned D got his own box as well:

He got a little wooden Elmo and Grover figure:

Elmo and Sesame Street in general are his favorites.

Before long I noticed the boys had switched toys:

Thank you, Alabamaws! It's all a hit as usual!

The boys did some more playing, I'm so bummed this one is blurry:

Later in the afternoon they were antsy (from not being able to do much fun stuff cuz of E) so I hauled our tumbling mat out of the basement:

We had fun playing on the mat for a bit yesterday. I left it out last night but all they did with it today was sit on it to watch a TV show while I cleaned up the kitchen and had a spot of computer time. Oh well.

I love Dalton's shirt. How appropriate with the tumbling mat. I hope this bug finally leaves your children and you get back to your regular sleeping schedule.

You lucky dog getting one of those 50% coupons!! I am glad you got some good deals at Gymbo. Did you hit the camp sale? You would have had $4 tees and shorts with the 50%coupon. Everyone thinks it is so expensive to shop there but when you buy on sale with coupons it isn't much more expensive than Target. I never pay full price or even close to full price. And the clothes hold up so well. Plus I love all the coordinating stuff. Can you tell I am a fan. HAHA!

Nice package from the Alabamaws too. They always do so good.

I hope E is feeling well soon!

Wow, what a great Gymbo deal. I never shop there either, unless I find something on clearance. They do have cute stuff though.

I got the free panty coupon as well, but didn't make it over there before it expired. Shucks! I already have 2 pairs of their free ones. Love freebies! :)

Super cute pictures from play time on the mat!

Hope E continues to feel better and better. It's time for that fever to go away!

Score on the Gymbo deal. Gotta love when you max out on the savings. I used to shop there all the time when Izzy was little, but haven't had much luck since she passed the two year mark. I never liked much of the boy stuff, but now you got me thinking I should go check it out! We need to hit the mall since our Disney store is closing next week. Need anything?

I think you guys are going to have the greatest summer since you have had weeks of some strange virus and are due some serious "healthy" over there.

Dalton is looking like such a big guy....totally toddler these days.

What at score @ Gymbo. I don't shop there either because of the prices, but for that deal I would!
