Mike the Tiger...the 5th...LSU's mascot died kinda suddlenly on Friday. Jason is kinda sad. He was their mascot since Jason was in school there. I never met him but it wasn't for lack of trying. Poor tiger. Since this is our family journal I thought I'd include it. But, that's really not our focus today. Instead we'll be reliving the boys' first bath together. It was last night. Dalton was due to go to sleep around that time and it seemed too late for a nap. I thought we should just put Dalton to bed for the night then too. So I asked Easton if we could put Dalton's tub in his bath with him and he said yes. So we did:
That photo has been edited to keep things rated G. So don't go thinking you see something 'cause you won't. :)
After the initial submersion we used strategically placed bubbles and such instead:
Pretty cute, eh? Dalton loves to watch his big brother and Easton enjoyed the obstacles that the baby tub presented. He mostly carried on like Dalton wasn't there. Although he talked to him a little and washed his toes for him.
In case you couldn't tell which boy was which:
We're fun. Both boys were in bed before 8. Crazy. That also meant Dalton was up a little earlier to eat--twice. Then I had to just bring him in bed with us. I still like doing that.
We didn't do much today. Jason left to get gas for the lawn mower and that was it. Short read today but at least you get pictures. Adios!

Cute bath pics! You can really see how chubby Dalton is when he's sitting there next to Easton! Thanks for sharing! :)
My dad got here yesterday for a visit and he told us aboout Mike. Wren was very sad because he had a good time visiting him TWICE at his plush new cage...well, enclosure.
Those boys are just too cute. I love the letter labels, just in case they get mixed up. You know, D will be as big as E soon, and then you really might need to label them! *lol*
And do Dalton's photos always come out that good? I think he's got a career in modeling in his future. For a wee babe, he has always had "the look" going for him.
Bathtime pictures always turn out cute! They are going to have so much fun (and make such a mess!) as they continue to bathe together.
