15 Months Old Today

Graduation yesterday went well...and I have lots of pictures from that whole adventure, of course...but I'm also trying to get some that my sister took too. So we're gonna wait on those for now.

Instead, I've got pictures from today for you. As a special treat, we decided to make a trip to Chuck E. Cheese this morning. This is at least the 4th time we've been since Easton's birthday back in January, but we haven't had to get a single token. We've still got tons, even though we gave unlimited tokens to E's party guests we've got a bunch. Still do, even after today's trip.

Anyhoo...after Dalton woke up we immediately got dressed and went to use one of my gift cards for breakfast at Atlanta Bread. Easton had a 'can roll (pecan roll) and Dalton had a blueberry muffin top. Which I can never see without thinking of Elaine from Seinfeld and her idea for selling just the tops of the muffins. The whole muffin was only twenty cents more...don't know why I didn't just order that but whatever. We enjoyed our breakfast:

Then when Easton told me he was so full that he was going to choke and "frow up" I let him take pictures of the table tent till Dalton and I were finished eating:

After that we made it to Chuck E. Cheese's!

Since there were all of two other familes there when we arrived I gave Easton some tokens to keep in his pocket and basically let him loose, checking in with him, or he with us every few minutes or so. He kept them in his shirt pocket:

But still joined me for a game of air hockey:

And of course we had our sketch done:

And Easton also found this cool machine that makes you a fancy card with your picture on it:

As it neared 11:00 I told Easton that when his tokens in his pocket were gone we were going to cash in our tickets and go home for lunch and quiet time. So we got in a few more things. I asked Easton to put his arm around Dalton for a picture and he tried but Diddles flipped out on him.

Stinker. In fact, Diddles wasn't in his best mood today. Any time a ride would stop he'd get really mad and scream:

What a stinker.

Had to shove the paci in his mouth so he'd be quieter:

Last two games and rides:

Either they changed the weight limit on that horse ride or Easton's gained a bit because it worked this time. Woo hoo!

We finally cashed in our tickets. We had some left over from Easton's birthday (a lot, actually) and when we finally got all of them into the ticket muncher counter thing we had 250! So E picked out a bunch of prizes which was fun. We never get the big prizes.

He ate his sucker prize on the way home and I had to work to keep Dalton awake. When I got D out of the car at home he felt warm. I said, "Oh no...are you sick?" and took his temperature in his little pit which came out 101.0 without adding anything to it. :( He refused to eat much of his cottage cheese for lunch and I put him to bed. I've been worried about him lately. Say some prayers for him, won't you?

Top of the muffin to ya! Just don't try and give the stumps to the soup kitchen. :)

We were going to go to CEC today too, but Lana and I were up from 3:30am-6am so we had a naptime instead.

Larissa stole my muffin comment. LOL.

Poor Diddles. I hope he feels better soon.

I'll admit to not being clever enough to think of the muffin comment. Larissa had me cracking up though. Love Seinfeld!

Looks like a fun trip to CEC. I always love getting the sketches...ya'lls turned out way cute! Adam is also a big fan of the ID cards. He keeps a big stack of them in his wallet as his "credit cards." Those along with the wallet pic of Easton and Dalton. :)

Hope Dalton feels better soon. We've got the icky bug at our house too. I'll be praying for him!

I am almost embarrassed to say that we have never been to CEC. That place almost gives me nightmares. But it looks fun. And only have two families there would be my dream situation.

I hope Diddles will feel better real soon. I will most certainly pray for him. And for you.
