I'm sorry this is the third post to come up today but hey, I've got lots to say, I guess. That is sort of surprising as I'm usually sitting here not doing a whole heck of a lot these days.
Anyway...I took my 24 hour urine specimen up to the lab today. I even went to the hosptial's main campus with them because that is where the other campus sends them. I was hoping to get the results faster that way...and I would have...had the tests been ordered properly. Dude, I was so mad when I called in and heard that there had been no protein level ordered on that 24 hour urine! Wha...wha...what?!?!?
So at 3:00 this all goes down...at 5:30 I finally hear back from the doctor's office that they've just called the lab to ask that the protein level be added on (at least I don't have to repeat the collection, right?). Still...I was wanting the doctors to get results before tomorrow and now they won't and I'm trying to just let this go...to let this be God's timing but I admit I'm struggling because I was wanting a C-section, like, tomorrow. :)
Anyway, in the words of SNL's Mary Catherine Gallagher...my feelings would best be expressd in a monologue (or interview) from my favorite recent home movie "Pouty Pro: The Dalton Cole Story..."
(Okay, maybe just the cranky parts express my feelings and the rest of it, not so much...but it's sort of a silly video of things here at the S house sometimes.)

Love the cranky pants video. I need to break out the camera next time my kid(s) start having a major meltdown. ...so that will be tomorrow :) and then I am going to put it online for all to see!

WTF did they think all that urine was for? LOL. I had lab screw ups...once they lost KayTar's blood. Having to stick your kid again because of someone else's incompetence is infuriating. I'd guess that having an VERY important lab like this forgotten would be much the same!
That video was SO CUTE. Cranky Dalton is awesome.
